 Panopreter Basic
A freeware text-to-speech and text-to-MP3 software program, Panopreter Basic can read text files, RTF files, Word docs and Web pages in .htm format. Panopreter can also convert speech into WAV and MP3 files. (For Windows).

Chords MIDI software
This is a freeware MIDI playback and sheet music notation editor. Oriented for guitars, it displays chord and scale diagrams. The program also allows the adding of chords and scales to sheet music, as well as multiple track playback. (For Windows).

Anvil features many effects, such as delay, pitch change, volume and filtering. You can also compose rhythm tracks with your own sampled percussion sounds.
